O Programa teve início em 2023 com o primeiro Observer Fellowship On line realizado pelo Dr. Sérgio Canabrava. Com o sucesso do Programa, que teve a participação de colegas e todo o mundo, surgiu a necessidade de receber estes cirurgiões para aprimoramento do ensino Hands On da Cirurgia da Catarata.

Assim, com a União do Dr. Sérgio e da Neo Oftalmologia do Dr. Rodrigo Versiani, surge um dos mais modernos Programas de Treinamento Cirúrgico do Mundo.

The training program is 100% hands-on and 1:1 – Student and Tutor, during all procedures with patients directly in the operating room.

Focus and Target Audience

Designed for already graduated surgeons, with the main objective of enhancing their surgical practice in high-volume cataract surgery as well as delving deeper into challenging cases.

Programs offered

We offer 5 specific programs with one of them focused on volume in cataract surgeries to enhance practice in real-world situations with direct supervision from a highly skilled surgeon.

Program 1 - Phacoemulsification
  1. Up to 30 surgeries in a weekly module. Mas o aluno pode contratar planos por número de cirurgias
  2. Decision-making and execution focused on results
  3. You participate directly in all surgeries with 1:1 guidance by one of the surgeons in the program
  1. Opportunity for development in highly complex cataract cases
  2. Fewer surgeries with a proper balance between theory and practice for a new perspective in your cataract surgeon career
  3. Challenging cases considering Unusual axial length, hard cataracts, pupils that do not dilate adequately, changes present in the iris, aphasic patients, white cataracts.
