Management during surgery, adaptation of the surgical plan based on intraoperative findings, and handling of surgical complications and unexpected situations.

The Goal: Maintain control when the unexpected happens.
What you'll master: Adapting your surgical plan on the fly based on real-time findings, managing complications smoothly, and making split-second decisions under pressure.
3 After surgery

Postoperative Decision-Making

Outcome analysis, management of complications, interpretation of postoperative findings, and selection of the most appropriate approach for each scenario.

The Goal: Protect your outcomes and ensure patient satisfaction.
